Is there a wait time for onsite service requests?
iFix Bay Ridge fulfills customer requests in the shortest possible time. In most situations, our engineers repair gadgets in a few hours. We have a spare parts warehouse, so we can quickly replace damaged parts.
However, in some cases, we need more time to repair. Therefore, if you want to receive a refurbished device as soon as possible, call us first. We will let you know if we have the parts you need and how long the repair will take.
What if I decline the repair?
You have every right to do so.
You can bring any gadget to our service center and consult with us. We will diagnose the device, find the cause of the breakdown and inform you of the total cost of the repair. After that, you can either take the gadget back and leave, or entrust us with the repair.

How much does it cost to repair a laptop?
You will be able to get a clear answer to this question only after a complete diagnosis of the gadget.
There are many reasons why a laptop might fail. Therefore, the cost of repairs can be very different. For example, replacing the charging port costs less than replacing the display, since the cost of parts and the complexity of the work are different.

Will I lose any of my documents, pictures, or other data when you repair my device?

When you bring us a broken gadget, you can safely leave it with us and go about your business. We will definitely call you back after the end of the diagnosis or repair and let you know the result. Thanks to this, you can clearly plan your schedule and come to us for a gadget when it suits you.
Do you have parts for sale?
We have our storage of original spare parts that we use to repair gadgets. You can buy some of them, but a lot depends on what kind of components you are looking for. If you need rare parts from not very popular brands, we may not have them in stock. So give us a call first and check the availability of spare parts.
If I need my job completed right away, is that possible?
We always try to solve customer problems as quickly as possible. We carry out diagnostics of the gadget as soon as the client brings it to us. And depending on the scale of the problem, we take the following steps.
If we see that we can quickly fix the gadget, we do it.
If the breakdown is very serious and the repair takes time, we warn the customer about it.
After the repair is completed, we call the client back so that he/she can pick up the device.
