LAPTOP/MACBOOK REPAIR ENGINEER

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, troubleshoot computer issues, configure equipment, and collaborate effectively with other IT professionals. As a Computer Technician, your duties will include ensuring that employees are satisfied with their computer software and hardware, as well as keeping the network up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve computer-related problems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on computer systems.
• Read and understand computer manuals and technical documentation.
• Proficient in replacing components on both MacBook and Windows laptops.
• Ability to replace screens for iPhone, iPad, and Microsoft Surface devices.
• Proficient in repairing and soldering motherboards with component-level replacements.
• Competent in reinstalling operating systems and retrieving files.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to provide technical support to non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
